17 months

Good grief!
You've grown and changed so much in one month, sweet girl!

You are on the move constantly and want so badly to "run" after everything.  You love to try to dress yourself and everyone else. (especially making sure we have our shoes on)  You want to be held, then put down, then held, then put down...Daddy has to wake you up in the mornings and get you dressed for school because no one else will do.  You LOVE music and can shake you shoulders on command (Daddy's favorite little trick for you---he throws you a treat every now and then).   

You definitely have a big ole' mouth and you've inherited it proudly from Mommy's side of the family.  You have to compete with Big Sis of course because she wants the spotlight too.  This mouth is full of some teeth, with molars peeking out in the last month.  (not a lot of fun for you or us)  You babble a lot, with dog, Daddy, and Mommy being the only coherent words.  You love looking at pictures of family members in frames and pointing and smiling when  you recognize someone.
 

We had to go to the clinic again and you are weighing in at about 23 lbs.  Not sure how long you are, but I am pretty certain you are getting taller.  You are still a great sleeper (thank you Babywise!!)  and we're working on cutting out that morning catnap.  You love to find a crayon, pen, or (yikes!) a marker and lay down and "doodle".  It will be fun to see if you are a righty or lefty.  Bath time is PURE T joy for you.  It should be interesting to see how you react to the water at the pool and beach this summer.
